He’s responsible for the outcomes of all products and projects, including strategy, planning, execution, and resource optimization for solution delivery.

With over 15 years of experience, he’s proven an ability to establish and lead diverse local and remote teams to plan, build and deploy complex financial technology solutions across various industries and countries in Africa.

Charles holds an MBA in Leadership and Doing Business in Africa from the African Leadership University School of Business, Training in Anti-Money Laundering from the Association of Certified Anti- Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), a certificate from the Stanford SEED Transformation Program run by the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSc. in Management Information Systems from Ashesi University.

He is also recognized by Google in the top 1% of Local Guides in West Africa and is a Google Maps Moderator for Ghana.
